I am Jeff Hemlin. I am the co-president of H & L Immigration Consultants Co. and also the president of Hemlin and Company.

​I have over 40 years of experience in Immigration matters. I worked for the Canada Employment and Immigration Commission, as a Senior Immigration Officer /Refugee Affairs, Immigration Counsellor, and Immigration Examining Officer for 7 years. I was elected as National Vice-president of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) in 2009 and became the president of CAPIC from 2010 to 2013, during the tumultuous transition to the ICCRC. Now, I am a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), the regulatory licensing body for Immigration Consultants authorized to practice by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
