The Atlantic Immigration program is designed to help employers in New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island to fill the qualified candidates for jobs they have been unable to fill locally.

The employers in Atlantic region must receive a Confirmation of Designation from the province before looking for a candidate. And the candidate must receive endorsement from province before submit the permanent residence application.
